Tips & Pierogi Tricks
Allow your pierogi to thaw completely, if frozen. If you have fresh pierogi that you have pulled out of the fridge, then move onto step two!
In a frying pan/skillet, heat your favorite butter or oil. Some people choose to use lard or bacon fat as well.
Once your butter or oil is hot, add your pierogi! This would be a good time do add diced up onion as well for extra flavor!
Cook pierogi about 2-4 minutes on each side, or until desired color is reached.
Serve with sour cream and enjoy the deliciousness!
