Cooking Instructions 

  1. Allow your pierogi to thaw completely, if frozen. If you have fresh pierogi that you have pulled out of the fridge, then move onto step two!
  2. ‚ÄčIn a frying pan/skillet, heat your favorite butter or oil. Some people choose to use lard or bacon fat as well.
  3. Once your butter or oil is hot, add your pierogi! This would be a good time do add diced up onion as well for extra flavor!
  4. Cook pierogi about 2-4 minutes on each side, or until desired color is reached. 
  5. Serve with sour cream and enjoy the deliciousness!
