TIPS & PIEROGI TRICKS:

  • Serve pierogi with sour cream as a dipping sauce.

    • Add some sugar or maple to sour cream to make a sweet dipping sauce for the dessert pierogi (i.e. Sweet Potato & Sweet Farmer's Cheese)

    • Add chives to elevate the flavors

  • Pair the Corned Beef & Swiss Pierogi with sauerkraut and Russian dressing to create a mini Reuben Sandwich!

  • In a time pinch and don't have time to thaw your pierogi? Place frozen pierogi in a pan/skillet with butter or oil and cover with a lid until thawed.

  • Pierogi are great when served with sauerkraut and sausage.
