1. If frozen, allow them to thaw completely.

  2. Heat your favorite butter or oil in a pan/skillet.

  3. Once butter or oil is hot, add the pierogi. 

  4. Cook about 2-4 minutes on each side until desired color is reached.


  • Serve pierogi with sour cream as a dipping sauce. ​

    • ​Add some sugar or maple to sour cream to make a sweet dipping sauce for the dessert pierogi (i.e. Sweet Potato & Sweet Farmer's Cheese)

    • Add chives to elevate the flavors

  • ​Pair the Corned Beef & Swiss Pierogi with sauerkraut and Russian dressing to create a mini Reuben Sandwich! 

  • In a time pinch and don't have time to thaw your pierogi? Place frozen pierogi in a pan/skillet with butter or oil and cover with a lid until thawed.

  • Pierogi are great when served with sauerkraut and sausage.
